Early Enrollment

LifePlus is accepting beta testers for their recently released LifeLeaf non-invasive physiological monitoring platform prototype. It includes a full functioning wearable smartwatch that continuously monitors major physiological parameters including blood glucose, blood pressure, heart rate etc, and is connected with a mobile application with backend cloud-based AI analytics.

Currently the enrollment is open only for US residents only, and will expand to users of other geographic locations in near future. The applicants must be at least 18 years old and not pregnant (or planning to be pregnant). There is no cost involved for the users in participating in this program. This program is neither overseen by any standard clinical review process, nor under the supervision of a licensed physician. The participants automatically provide their consent by submitting the application.

Filling up this form does not automatically enroll you into the program. The LifePlus team reserves all rights to select participants based on their own selection criteria.
