The issue with current continuous glucose monitors is because of a
measurement delay of 10-15 minutes, you essentially have to manage two devices: the CGM and the traditional finger-stick device, which actually ends up adding more time in the daily blood glucose monitoring process, not easy to keep up in the middle of a busy schedule. With LifeLeaf, the daily monitoring is made real simple – you just have to check your watch and treat! The amount of time you would be saving is astronomical if you had to add it up over a week.
